Voiceover: In its teletext application the same NAPLPS standard plus the delivery mechanism combined to produce the North American basic teletext specification or NABTS. Teletext, which is broadcast videotex, is a one-way service transmitted via broadcast or cable television either in the vertical blanking interval called VBI. Or on a dedicated channel known as full channel teletext.
